Welcome to Kathmandu, the cultural capital of Nepal. Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. You will receive a trek briefing and meet your guide to prepare for the Everest Base Camp Trek. You can explore nearby historical places, prepare your trekking equipment, and enjoy traditional Nepalese cuisine before starting your Himalayan adventure.

Early in the morning, we drive from Kathmandu to Manthali Airport for a scenic flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. After landing at Lukla, your Everest Base Camp adventure officially begins. The first day’s trek is a pleasant walk through beautiful green valleys, charming Sherpa settlements, and several suspension bridges. Following the Dudh Koshi River, the trail gradually descends and ascends through peaceful Himalayan landscapes before reaching Phakding village. As the landscape becomes more rugged and alpine, you reach Dingboche, known as the “Summer Valley.” This beautiful mountain village is an important acclimatization stop before heading toward Everest Base Camp.

Another important rest day helps your body adjust to high altitude. You can take a short hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung Valley for amazing views of Makalu, Lhotse, Island Peak, and other Himalayan mountains. The day provides excellent opportunities for photography and experiencing the local Sherpa lifestyle. Proper acclimatization increases your chances of successfully reaching Everest Base Camp while maintaining good health and energy.

The trek continues through the high Himalayan wilderness toward Lobuche. The trail gradually climbs through dry landscapes and offers magnificent views of snow-covered peaks. You pass the memorial area dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest expeditions. After crossing the rocky terrain, you reach Lobuche village, surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. This is one of the most exciting stages as you get closer to Everest Base Camp.

Today is the most rewarding day of the trek. You walk through the rocky glacier trail toward Gorak Shep and continue to Everest Base Camp. Standing at the base of the world’s highest mountain is an unforgettable experience. Enjoy views of Khumbu Glacier, surrounding peaks, and expedition camps. After exploring Everest Base Camp, return to Gorak Shep for overnight accommodation and celebrate your achievement.

Early morning, you hike to Kala Patthar, the best viewpoint for panoramic Everest sunrise views. From the summit, enjoy breathtaking scenery of Mount Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and the Khumbu Glacier. After photography and memorable moments, descend back to Gorak Shep for breakfast and continue trekking downhill to Pheriche. Today you retrace the trail back through beautiful Himalayan villages and forests. The walk is easier as you descend to lower elevations. Enjoy views of Ama Dablam, Tengboche Monastery, and the surrounding landscapes. After passing through Tengboche, continue toward Namche Bazaar. Returning to this vibrant Sherpa town feels rewarding after completing the Everest Base Camp adventure. Overnight stay at a comfortable tea house in Namche.

Your final trekking day follows the Dudh Koshi River back toward Lukla. The trail passes through forests, suspension bridges, and familiar Sherpa villages. Enjoy your last views of the Himalayan landscape before reaching Lukla. In the evening, celebrate the successful completion of your Everest Base Camp Trek with your trekking team. Overnight stay in Lukla before your return flight to Kathmandu.

After completing the incredible Everest Base Camp Trek, you take a scenic morning flight from Lukla to Manthali Airport. Enjoy your final aerial views of the beautiful Himalayan landscapes, green hills, and mountain valleys. Upon arrival at Manthali, our private vehicle will be waiting for your comfortable drive back to Kathmandu. The journey takes you through beautiful countryside roads, local villages, and scenic landscapes of Nepal. After reaching Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. This extra day is reserved as a contingency day to manage possible flight delays, weather conditions, or unexpected situations during the trek. If no emergency occurs, you can use this day to relax, explore Kathmandu, enjoy local culture, or complete last-minute shopping before your final departure from Nepal.

Today marks the end of your incredible Everest Base Camp Trek Nepal journey. According to your international flight schedule, our representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport.
